Library service has been available to Champlin-area residents since the early 1900s. For most of the 20th century, library service was provided in various community locations. In 1994, Champlin Library opened to area residents at its current location.

Friends of Champlin Library

Friends of Champlin Library is a volunteer-run organization whose mission is to support the Champlin Library and uplift the spirit of the surrounding community. As ambassadors for the library, Friends of Champlin Library members advocate for community needs and help promote library programs and services.
