Friends of HCL Events Update
We are carefully monitoring all updates about COVID-19 from the governor, the Minnesota Department of Health, and the Center for Disease Control. With these guidelines in mind, we are proud to move forward with an exciting array of virtual events until we can gather safely again.
Local library book sales have been suspended until library meeting rooms reopen and larger gatherings are advised (more info here).

Proceeds from Pen Pals benefit our nationally-acclaimed Hennepin County Library.

About Talk of the Stacks
Talk of the Stacks is an award-winning author series featuring some of today's most vibrant literary voices. It's a free reading series committed to connecting extraordinary authors with a community of readers at the Library. Programs take place at Minneapolis Central Library in Pohlad Hall. Doors open at 6:15pm for general admission seating and programs begin at 7pm. Book sales and signings follow each event.
