The charming Linden Hills Library serves residents of Southwest Minneapolis and nearby Edina. Built in 1931 under the direction of nationally known library director Gratia Countryman, the library has received historic designation from the City of Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 

Friends of Linden Hills Library

Friends of Linden Hills Library is a volunteer-run organization whose mission is to support the Linden Hills Library and uplift the spirit of the surrounding community. As ambassadors for the library, Friends of Linden Hills Library members advocate for community needs and help promote library programs and services.
