Library service to Rogers area residents began in the 1950s with a book station in Ahlstrom’s Hardware Store, which held 400 volumes. From 1970-1980, the Hennepin County Library bookmobile served area residents. In 1980, the first free-standing Rogers Library opened at 21300 John Milless Drive. Rogers Library was renovated and expanded in 2005 and 2016.

Friends of Rogers Library

Friends of Rogers Library is a volunteer-run organization whose mission is to support the Rogers Library and uplift the spirit of the surrounding community. As ambassadors for the library, Friends of Rogers Library members advocate for community needs and help promote library programs and services.
