Clerical SupportHelp with clerical tasks in the Library Foundation's office at Central Library, including preparing mailings and working on special projects. The number of opportunities to serve as a Volunteer Clerical Assistant vary throughout the year. Click here to apply.
Event AssistantGreet audience members at events, assist with check-in and registration for lectures and readings, handout programs and materials, and assist with room set-up and clean-up. At this time, most Library Foundation events are held at Central Library and the Hopkins Center for the Arts. We seek outgoing, friendly, professional applicants who feel comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life. There is a currently a short waitlist to serve as an Event Assistant.
