Friends of the Oxboro Library is a volunteer-run, independent organization with a mission to support the Hennepin County Library – Oxboro. We help our library through book sales, volunteering, fundraising, serving as ambassadors in the community for the library, and other support activities. We are proud of all the programs and services our support make possible. Meet us at the Library for an upcoming event.

With our new joint annual membership, when you become a Friend of HCL, you also can become a Friend of your favorite local library — at no additional charge. Your membership supports book purchases, free programs and outreach right in your neighborhood — and at all 41 libraries in Hennepin County.
