The award-winning Pen Pals Author Lecture series is the longest running and one of the most highly regarded literary series in the Twin Cities. All proceeds benefit the Friends of HCL and the Hennepin County Library system.

Individual tickets are $40 for balcony and $50 for main floor. Subscriptions for 5 lectures are $175 for balcony and $200 for main floor. Complimentary desserts and coffee served before the programs. A public book signing open to all attendees follows the Friday daytime lecture. An exclusive wine/appetizer post-lecture reception with the author can be purchased for an additional $25 for Thursday night lectures.
